In short: You pay €19.99 per year for unlimited use by your family. You get 30 days to try for free. You can cancel at any time. We provide the service to the best of our ability but are not liable for indirect damages. Dutch law applies.
Planninn is a web application and Progressive Web App (PWA) that lets families and teams manage a shared calendar, to-do lists, shopping lists and recipes. The service is provided by IT-Consolidated BV, Chamber of Commerce no.: 98881639, established in Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands (hereinafter: "Planninn", "we" or "us").
By creating an account and using Planninn, you agree to these terms of use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you cannot use the service.
These terms apply to all users, both during the free trial period and during a paid subscription.
New accounts automatically receive a free 30-day trial period with access to all features. During the trial period no payment is required and you do not need to enter any payment details.
Planninn offers one subscription type: an annual subscription of €19.99 per year, including VAT, for full use of the service by an unlimited number of family members.
Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each year, unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email at least 14 days before the renewal date.
Payment is made through our payment provider Stripe. The accepted payment methods depend on your location and are shown during checkout. Planninn does not store any payment card details.
We reserve the right to change the subscription price. Existing subscribers will be informed of a price change by email at least 30 days in advance. The changed price takes effect at the next renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or via [email protected]. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the period already paid for.
As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (cooling-off period). You will receive a full refund. After those 14 days, no refund is granted for periods already paid for, unless legally required otherwise.
The 30-day trial period is free. No automatic charge takes place at the end of the trial period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following cases:
Upon termination at your request or due to non-payment, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
You may use Planninn solely for lawful purposes. It is not permitted to:
You retain all rights to the content you enter into Planninn (events, lists, recipes, etc.). By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We never use your content for advertising, profiling or any other purpose outside of providing the service.
You can add images as attachments to events. The following conditions apply:
The software, design, logos and all other elements of Planninn are the property of IT-Consolidated BV and are protected by copyright. You may use the service in accordance with these terms, but you do not acquire any ownership rights to the software or the platform.
We aim for 99% availability but cannot guarantee this. We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible. We reserve the right to add, change or remove features. When removing essential features, we will inform you at least 30 days in advance.
Planninn is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits resulting from the use or unavailability of the service.
Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the incident causing the damage. Our liability for direct damage caused by intent or gross negligence is not limited.
You are responsible for making back-ups of information you consider important.
We may change these terms of use. In the event of material changes, we will inform you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you continue to use the service after the effective date, you agree to the changed terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel your account before the effective date.
Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where we are established, unless mandatory legislation designates another court.
As a consumer, you also have the option to use the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
