You start with a free 30-day trial with all features. No credit card needed to start, if you do nothing, it simply stops.
Then €19,99 per year
After the trial, Planninn is €19,99 per year for the whole family or team, one subscription, everything included, unlimited members. Only the admin handles payment; other members don't need to do anything.
How to pay
Payment link by email. Does someone else handle payment, for example your club's treasurer or your company's bookkeeper? The admin can email a payment link. You may forward that email to whoever pays; they don't need a Planninn account.
For security, the payment link asks for a confirmation code (Payment ID). The admin finds this code in the app under Manage account → Registration and shares it with whoever pays, so everyone can be sure the email and link are genuine.
Secure payment
All payments run through Stripe, a certified payment provider (PCI-DSS). The connection is encrypted and we never store your card details. You can pay with iDEAL, credit/debit card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA direct debit, among others.
On your bank or card statement the payment appears as IT-Consolidated BV, the Dutch company behind Planninn.
Business or association?
Register as a business or organisation and you can enter your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT number at checkout for the invoice. The email payment link is especially handy for clubs and small businesses, so the treasurer or bookkeeper can complete payment.
Cancel whenever you want
You can cancel any time via Manage account → Registration. You keep access until the end of the paid period; after that, automatic renewal stops. No notice period, no hassle.
